This is a full care small animal facility. They perform general veterinary care/surgery, as well as alternative treatments such as accupuncture, animal behaviorists and whirl pools. There are grooming and boarding services. The vets and staff are caring to the animals. It is a hospital and treatment can become quite extensive because of the avqailable technology they have available onsite. However I have refused certain porceedures and they are open to sharing alternative options with the pet owner. The pet owner needs to decide if a more complete or complex treatment is really what is needed at the time.

I received such awesome care with a newly acquired cat. I had to find a place to get him fixed and declawed and they seemed to be the best priced and had a lot of information for me to take home and read before the procedure. I thoroughly enjoed my experience and so did my kitty.

Not very informative visit. I had just purchased a cockatiel and was pretty much a novice and I took him in for his first physical and I had to pry the information out of the vet. I was very disappointed. I felt like I was intruding. I was the only one in the waiting room and I had to wait about 30 minutes before seeing a vet on a scheduled time.

I switched to this group after the birth of my first child and have demanded their care for all my subsequent pregnancies and deliveries. Dr. Baack, her partners, and staff are all attentive to the needs and concerns of the pregnant woman, whether pregnant for the first time or third! In their care, I have had two (and soon to be a third) very pleasant pregnancy and birth experiences.

I have seen Dr. Moss for the past 4 years, and have nothing but the highest praise for him and his office staff. He always makes me feel comfortable, and I am pleased to know he is a Christian. He spent a long time with me and my husband during our pregnancy, and all our questions were always answered fully. I would recommend him highly!

This is a very well run pediatrics office. I have visited, I have been quickly seen and the children seem to be well occupied in the waiting area. The staff is very welcoming with the children and the doctors are knowledgeable and have great bedside manners. Overall, this is a great place for kids.

I've been going to Aspen Care for nearly 10 years. The doctors there are always personable and thoughtful, and spend enough time with you to come up with a good diagnosis, unlike many doctors. They have tried to control costs by hiring several PAs (Physician's Assistant), but the PAs have been better than any I've met anywhere else. They have reasonable hours and get me in fast when I am sick or need to make an appointment for a prescription refill follow-up. I'm sorry that one user had a bad experience with immunizations, but I have 3 kids and have never had problems (although it sounds like that is because I have good insurance).
Pros: Caring, thoughtful, good diagnosis, timely care
Cons: Extensive use of PAs (but knowledgeable ones)
