Another tasty alternative to chain coffee shops is CJ’s Coffee, located just down the road from Chatfield Senior High. I used to go there many years ago, before I developed a taste for coffee, but I remember how good their Milky Way coffee tasted even to my unsophisticated taste buds! Now, like other coffee shops, CJ’s Coffee is having to change with the times: they now offer internet access, and it’s free on weekday afternoons if you buy a coffee.

Manna Bakery isn't really in a small-town, but it certainly has that small-town feel. It's located near downtown Littleton, tucked away in a corner. But, it makes the best cakes I've ever had. The pastries always look and taste fresh. I purchased a bridal shower cake there not too long ago and received many compliments on it. If you're looking for a bakery that makes cakes that taste more like your grandma baked it, then I definitely recommend Manna Bakery.

A nice little store on the outside. Inside it smells like coffee and rising bread dough with a little hint of something sweet. There are many different types of raised or cake donuts to choose from along with danish, and cinnamon rolls. They have coffees, hot and iced tea, fruit juice, regular milks and flavored milks. You can take your goodies home or eat them there is the dining room

Me and my friend come to Sister's every tuesday before his drum lesson. their coffee is AMAZING. they have excellent fast service, and they use the best ingredients. they also have fresh made pastries. this is a great quiet place welcome for everyone who wants to get some coffee and relax or read something. another cool thing is that they sell their day old pastries for half price.

I love my local Safeway. I think that over the years they have gotten better and better and offer more great items.
They have a great deli that offers so many yummy choices. At this particular Safeway, you can order sandwiches and paninis. They have a large selection of ready-to-eat Chinese food in their deli. They also have a great olive and antipasto bar, as well as delicious soups. In the bakery you will find some great desserts – the fruit tart is my favorite!
I also am really impressed with their floral department. The cost and quality of their flowers and vases is excellent!

This place has the best donuts. They are always fresh and never hard and dry. The fillings are excellent and each donut is overstuffed. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. They will even give you free donuts to sample if you ask. Be sure to watch for the hot light on their sign, that means that they have just made glazed donuts - hot and delicious.

The Great Harvest is the perfect place to pick up hearty bread or delicious, moist fruit-flavored scones. The bakery features fresh breads and specials baked according to a weekly schedule. Every morning starting at 7 the store is offering its heavanly scones made from fruits like raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or strawberry rhubarb, depending on the season. Their cinnamon rolls are also delicious, featuring a whole wheat dough and a not to sweet cinnamon-sugar filling, with a variety of options including with or without nuts or with or without frosting. Along with a New York Times and some strong freshly brewed coffee, the pastries from the Great Harvest are a great way to start the day.
