My family and friends has visited this restaurant a few times and was truly happy with the service and the food is excellent.
We have always paid our acounts with credit cards and never had an issue after the fact. Because I am looking at the establiishment for a couple of private events and speaking with friends about it I decided to look at some of the reviews and I was stunned about the statements made.
My questions to the negative comments are:
1. Did you contact the management about your issue and did they make some type of suggestion to assist you with your situation or thoughts?
2, We all know that some neighborhoods have more social issues than others. We cannot totally hold a business responsible for what occurs outside their doors but we can assist them with informing them of situations that have occurred. Did you speak with the management about the situation on the street? Were the police called for re-enforcement?
Too often we are upset and display views that are not in a good light for us nor business that are trying to provide a good service to the neighborhood.
