While they do good work, they have major pricing issues. I have had them out 3 times in the last 4 months to quote a cleanup on my attic for rats. The original clean was $450 in Dec and I was given a quote for $2500 for a major clean within the next few months. They came back out in late March with a quote for $3400. I complained, they said we can't do it for $2500 and left. They called back later that afternoon and said they could do it. I agreed and they came out this morning.
Once out here and halfway done with the job, they ""find"" another several hundred feet of attic they didn't know about. They decide they can only ""finish"" the job if I give them another $600 now. At the end of the day they held me hostage for the total $3100. Once they add back in the $250 or more for insulation they will have gotten all $3400. I feel lied too. Don't say you can do it for less if you aren't going to do it.
With that said, the guys that do the work are great. They work hard and have done a good job. Their sales teams leaves a lot to be desired. Having used Anthony's over the past 5 years, only in the last 6 months have I had issues with them about their ever changing prices. Before this they stood behind their quotes and did good work.
