As I was in the waiting roon waiting for my dog to have her nails trimmed I was watching a staff member taking a dog out back that was tangeled up in its leash, and she was just dragging him, at this point I should have left, however I waited about 10 more minutes while I watched as someone came in and clipped my dogs nails, while ON HER CELL PHONE, my dog came out bleeding from her front paws, when I voiced my concern they brought the dogs back, put cream on them , and told me to leave. If you care about your pets DONT BRING THEM HERE !!!!!!!!!
