Been a long time customer of this establishment but no more. Recently I dropped my morkie off to get trimmed and her paw nails cut back, upon picking her up I was told by the grommer my dog was a little snippy this time. I thought that was strange because I have a really shy, docile little dog. Come to find out on our way home I see blood in my back seat where the groomer had cut into her paw nails too close and I understand one paw but it was three different nails cut too short. Top it all off the groomer did not say a word about it and unfortunately for me I tipped her. Spoke with manager about the incident and she was indifferent about it, whatever happen to good customer service? No wonder my dog was snippy,she was being traumatized by a groomer that did not know what she was doing...just saying.
