We have tried to use Watermill for repairs twice this summer. The first time we had to call every day until we were scheduled. The second time we finally gave up and found someone else. We also use them for weekly cleaning - the kid the send is always stoned and half the time I have to call them to come back out because he 'forgets' to clean the pool.
