felt i was not treated with respect. Did not receive service I expected. wrote my appointment down as i was making it. I even told the receptionist I was doing that because my last appointment I had to miss. I called to make sure it was correct and was told my phone was disconnected when I was talking on it. My hair color was rushed and was not as light as I requested. ==
