The prices at this store made the two hour trip up there worthwhile.\r
Unofrtunately, that is about where it stopped for us. We were so excited that they had very furniture we were looking for. We were told it would take 4-8 weeks for it to arrive. Unfortunately, upon arrival four weeks later, it was the wrong furniture; wrong color, wrong package,etc. We refused that order and agreed for the correct one to arrive in an expedited manner.\r
It is six weeks now from the arrival of the wrong furniture. We called customer service for a status check, and were told it would be a day or two before they can get back to us. \r
Overall, the experience has been one of frustration. The lack of communication between the sales representative and customer service has been awful. I would not recommend this store for anyone that expects timely deliveries.
