My daughter took her cat to this hospital for twenty years. Paid them thousands of dollars. No real problems until it became necessary to euthanize her due to kidney failure and a large mass in her abdomen. I have never experienced the lack of compassion shown by all of the employees in this office. No, I'm sorry for your loss, no card, nothing........Even when she was picked up after cremation. Just another day in the office for them. No feelings at all. Shameful!!!!
