If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Rachel is incredibly unfriendly and clomped (loudly) around the room in high heels. A facial is supposed to be a relaxing experience, but this was far from it. I have no idea what she put on my face, but the skin under my eyes has been dry and scaly ever since. Save yourself - go somewhere else for a facial!
