I got him to tell me a ballpark price to replace the transmission to make sure I had enough money. He expressed the importance of diagnosing and fixing my transmission promptly, being it was how I made a living. I was sold on that and he then proceeded to tell me he would have a price quote by the end of the week, November 4th.
