I LOVE the Crimson, and have for years. However, my husband likes to go in to purchase products and services for me but will not do that any more due to poor customer service. He said the person behind the computer barely looked up and just said "oh" when he said he was there to buy a gift for his wife. He said "If Nova would have been there she would have looked in the computer to find what was bought in the past, had suggestions and would be so friendly". We realize that Nova can't be there always, but would have hoped whomever was at the helm would have been more pleasant and helpful. Even a smile would have been nice... so, sorry to hear this about my FAVORITE salon!
