Very relaxing 2/6/2012

Had my hair colored. I wanted to go back to my original color. Kim was great She walked me through the process and my hair looks awesome. Plus I had my hands massage. I staff is great and I always feel better and look great when I leave. more

Know just how to tame my unruly hair 2/1/2012

I have very thick hair and have spent the past few years before this trying to find someone who could give me just the right cut. Lydia has done an excellent job giving me the perfect cut (not easy to do since I am picky and have thick unruly hair) and I get a lot of compliments on it. I wanted to give 5 stars, but it only let me give 4.5? more

Color and Cut 1/18/2012

Had a wonderful time with Erin coloring and cutting my hair. Enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee from the Red Cup and felt pampered!! What a great way to spend a couple of hours on a cold winter day!! Thanks ladies!! more

BEST PEDICURE IN TOWN! 12/30/2011

A girlfriend and I go to the Crimson to have our toes done every year at this time and it is becoming my favorite Christmas Season Tradition. The pedicurists always respect our privacy and conversations. They do outstanding work and are very professional. Happy Feet has a whole new meaning after experiencing a Crimson Spa Pedicure! Thanks ladies - SO looking forward to next year already!! more

Dissapointed husband 12/27/2011

I LOVE the Crimson, and have for years. However, my husband likes to go in to purchase products and services for me but will not do that any more due to poor customer service. He said the person behind the computer barely looked up and just said "oh" when he said he was there to buy a gift for his wife. He said "If Nova would have been there she would have looked in the computer to find what was bought in the past, had suggestions and would be so friendly". We realize that Nova can't be there always, but would have hoped whomever was at the helm would have been more pleasant and helpful. Even a smile would have been nice... so, sorry to hear this about my FAVORITE salon! more

Love this Salon! 12/19/2011

Are you tired of getting your hair done and not liking it? Does it bother you that when you are getting your hair done the salon phone rings and your stylist leaves you to answer it? I was too! Then a friend referred me to Crimson Salon and Spa. That was over 6 years ago! My stylist never leaves me to answer the phone, I have always been happy with my style and the staff is outstanding!!!!!! The minute you walk through the door your pampering begins. And what can I say about those massaging chairs when you get your hair washed....but ahhhhhhh... The salon is clean and beautiful. The staff is top notch ...we are so lucky to have them in Fort Atkinson! Please, give them a try. more

Manicure by Lydia 12/16/2011

As usual I had a wonderful manicure from Lydia. She is my go-to person at Crimson. The best thing about her manicures, is that it looks as good a week later as it did on the day she did it. The salon is a lovely environment. I highly recomeed going there and having a manicure from Lydia. more

Open House 12/4/2011

I enjoyed the saving of 20% off some of my favorite products. Of course it was very crowded. A couple of weeks ago I was driving through Lake Mills and saw a sign for a sale at the Aveda salon there. I stopped and went in. They had staff a the door (one on each side) greeting the shoppers with a smile and a shopping bag to put the goodies in. They also had a number of staff floating about asking if they could help the shopper find thing in and among the crowd. A bit of customer service with a smile would have been very nice. Crimson did have a girl behind the counter who did go and get things, but it was very hard to get to her or get her attention, more staff on the floor spred out would make for a more pleasent shopping experience. more
