I have to say the atmosphere starts with the owner. She is not a nice person, and she dictates what you can have. The servers have attitudes, but it starts at the top. the food quality at this one is poor. and if you want to add any item in your blizzard that isnt on the menu forget it. the owner will cuss you out and refuse to make things that the customer wants. if you like dairy queen like I do go to the one on Broadway, they are much better, and share in the feelings about the owner. she needs to move on or close down. Ive met pit bulls nicer than her.
