Zero stars is not an option so I have to give one. This is a Bad Business. Stay away! I bought my husband a wedding band from this jeweler and it shattered! It was a tungsten ring which is supposed to be very strong and the reason I chose it for him. He wasn't doing anything strenuous and when he looked down the ring was in pieces. This was heartbreaking considering we have only been married for about 4 months. We took the pieces back to this jeweler and they said tungsten shatters. They only offered $100 store credit towards the same bad quality ring. They had no sympathy at all and didn't care to try to correct the problem.
