I have used the Rug Doctors in the past, and have usually had great results. But I had stains on my carpet (and smells!) that just wouldn't leave this time. I thought most of them would be permanent. But the company I word for uses Son's all the time so I thought I would try them first to see.... I was shocked to see ALL of them gone!! I couldn't believe it- I can't even find where they used to be. My carpet looks brand new again. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpets cleaned. They are priced really well and do a very professional job!
