I agree that they have a great collection. Customer service sucks. We ordered a bidet, it arrived overnight and we were not told that it would not include the hose and hook. It just came with...nothing. We tried to contact Natalia, the only approachable human being in the store...but she never picks up her phone. Will only shop online next time. Price? Online including shipping for $56, how much we paid APEX? $100.68!!! USELESS.\r \r Update: The bidet leaks all the time. Called Natalia, the only approachable human being, and she said she will not accept a return as it has been installed!! We did not isntall it, we just checked it for 5 minutes, and it leaked all the time. And it is not a Kohler product, it's something else. So, my $100 is down the drain. When my husband mentioned that the bidet was inexpensive online, then she said that Showrooms will be expensive, and if we can't afford it, then we must not visit it and buy stuff from there!
