Trying to get through to a human being to make a reservation requries you to pack a meal so you can eat it while you wait ""on hold"" for the college student part time empolyee (the face of the restaurant by the way) to finally pick up the phone. Then she cant hear you cuz ""im sorry its really really loud in here"".
