I will have my car paid off in August 2010 and that day cannot come soon enough. The customer service I have encountered with this company I appaling. They are rude and condescending. They get attitude with you just because they can. It almost seems like some sort of office contest to see which one of them can be the rudest. If you're reading this thinking about going through them to pay for a vehicle. DON'T DO IT!!! Its not worth the stress and harassing phone calls, claiming they hadn't receive a payment when they really have. Also, their interest rates are outrageous...around 25%...even with a fairly high credit score. They say the interest won't be that high, but somehow they sneak it in.
