I had a terrible experience with this company. They removed and replaced my air conditioning unit. When they replaced my unit, they failed to replace the filter that was removed. When I found out about this when I went to replace the filter and called them, they stonewalled me and did not return my emails. When I replaced the filter the new service provider told me that dirt had built up and nearly damaged my unit. I am very unhappy with this company.
