I've been to Oh! Chocolate in Bellevue Square several times. The first few times they tried to be nice, although they took a very long time to wrap a gift box and run my credit card. I also asked if their chocolate is Halal okay (it was a gift for some friends) and they looked at me like I was crazy. They called the manager and sort of just laughed at me saying they didn't really know.\r

Each time I've gone back, they are less considerate. Their hot chocolate machine has been broken for awhile. When I ask they say ""it's broken"" abruptly and just stare at me. \r

The only benefit was the occasional free sample of chocolate, but given the service, I won't bother going back. I prefer to spend my money where people appreciate my business.
Pros: Good chocolate, very nice hot chocolate
Cons: Rude service
