I was sick of their chicken, so I wanted sweet & sour tofu instead of sweet & sour chicken. First they told me no, but I explained that all they have to do is substitute the chicken for the tofu, that's it, no special sauce or prep, after some talking the server finally brings me a dish of just tofu wtih sweet & sour sauce, this does not a lunch make. So she (or he, can't really tell) takes it back and they add the right veggies to it. Finally I can eat. I figured I could still order it as an 'Express Lunch' but no, they decided to charge me for dinner prices. Plus, to make it worse, my friend and I each wanted a side of stirfry greenbeans. After we order, and waited for nearly half an hour, we were told they were out of greenbeans and they don't usually have them anymore. Then why are they still on the menu and there is no notice up at the register where they have a handy whiteboard where they post the specials? The casheir was rude & confrontational at every request no matter how simple. I will NOT be returning. After all this trouble, having to wait 30 minutes for food that wasn't coming, having to explain a very simple dish, being told no several times, I still got charged a 'dinner price' for lunch portions.
Pros: If you can get what you order it's decent enough
Cons: Don't keep food stocked. Rude cashier. Filthy restroom.
