Just a question, but if we the customers are paying seventy dollars a month, then why can't you afford more employees? Not only did I wait over 20 minutes to be helped, I also had to come back two hours later because I wasted all the time I had before class to be helped. Our tech was rude, stating ""Well everyone is entitled to an opinion"", when we complained about Verizon needing an improvement in the customer service department. There were at least five different people also waiting while I was there. They had two employees wallking around helping people sign into a kiosk. ???
