Extremely poor customer service in an emergency sewerage situation. On advice of professional plumber that couldn't help, we contacted Wind River Environmental and asked for a specific truck with specific equipment. Wind River Twice failed to arrive with the truck and equipment we requested. When we asked them to provide estimated times of arrival, they could not and would not provide them. When a manager said he would look into my complaint and return my call, we never received a call back. In approximately 24 hours time, Wind River disproved nearly every claim they make on the home page of their website. With raw sewerage backing up into my home, they could not and would not deliver the quality customer service they claim to provide. Look elsewhere for assistance; otherwise, buyer/customer beware. I would never recommend this company. Also, be aware that every call you make to them is routed to their Hudson office instead of the office location you think you are calling.
