This is by far, the worst apartment I have ever lived in! The maintenance team refuses to work, the leasing office is careless about any voiced issues, even under new management, the complex has made now new changes!
On one occasion,my toilet was overflown for at LEAST an hour before anyone even came. When the maintenance arrived, he came in flip flops, and jeans, not so much as a plunger in hand...
This is the worst place, I have ever lived. If you expect any kind of customer service, or any kind of customer appreciation, Beach Place Rentals is NOT the place for you!
