NO NO NO NO LE RECOMIENDO A NADIE QUE SE MUDE A VIVIR ALLI.ES LO PEOR QUE TE PUEDE PASAR EN TU VIDA.LA MANAGER ES LO MAS INCULTA,DESAGRADABLE,NO TE ATIENDE NUNCA,LOS POZOS SEPTICOS DEL CONDOMINIO DE SALEN CADA RATO Y SALE TODAS LAS ESES FECALES DE LOS RESIDENTES.Y ESTAN EN LA ENTRADA DE LOS ELEVADORES POR LO CUAL TU NO PUEDES USARLOS TIENES QUE SUBIR LAS ESCALERILLAS.EL MANTENIENTO DE LA UNIDAD ES PESIMO,EL LAUNDRY ES LO MAS DESASEADO TE LAVAN TODOS LOS COBERTORES O TRAPOS DE LAS MASCOTAS EN ELLOS.SE SACAN LA ROPA Y TE LA TIRAN AL SUELO.NO TE RESPETAN LOS TURNOS PARA EL LAVADO PORQUE ES AFUERA DE LOS APARTAMENTOS QUE TIENES PARA HACER EL LAUNDRY.HAY MUCHO RUIDO LAS 24 HORAS EN ESTA UNIDAD POR TANTO TRUCKS QUE DESCARGAN Y CARGAN EN EL SUPERMERCADO MILANS.CUANDO LLUEVE SE INUNDA TODA LA UNIDAD Y VARIAS VECES SE HAN DANADO VEHICULOS.EL PRECIO DE LA RENTA ES MUY ELEVADO PARA VIVIR EN ESTE PESIMO O MAL CONDOMINIO Y MAS A UN CON TODOS ESTOS Y MAS PROBLEMAS QUE TIENE ESTE PESIMO CONDOMINIO.NO TE RECOMIENDO QUE VIVAS O VAYAS A COMETER EL ERROR DE MUDARTE A ESTE PESIMO LUGAR.................. more

Do not move to this nightmare.\r Worst experience in my life ever and would not recommend to anyone.\r \r To begin with, the building is dated and the apartments are infested with roaches, silverfishes, earthworms, spiders and ants. They claim to have an exterminator spraying the building every 2 weeks but you will not cease to find disgusting insects in your kitchen/bedroom no matter how tidy you are.\r \r Secondly, this is a completely scam, as they have a nice looking unit to show and then proceed to rent you a flat that is far from luxury given the price you're paying. The management is the most hypocrite and idiotic people you'll meet. At the end of the day they are just trying to rent the apartments and will lie about everything! They explain the contract verbally in one way and to my surprise it was completely different the written agreement, thus, I ended up loosing money after I moved out. \r \r Thirdly, the parking area is not safe! not only cars get broken in, but the parking floods when it rains damaging several cars.\r \r I seriously do not recommend anyone to move into this place. \r There is nothing ""luxury"" as they claim, and for the price you'd be paying you can find a better apartment in the area. \r \r more

Everything was outstanding until 09/19/2013, when I woke up early morning only to find out that my car has been VANDALIZED in the middle of the night.\r \r I attempted to call the front desk, and they told me the complex is not resposible for the security and that I should simply contact the police, and there's nothing they can do for me.\r \r They further told me that the are no security cameras around the parking area, and that the parking patrol service they use (called PNS), don't deal with that.\r This is a supposedly gated community, and they portray the idea that this place is ""safe"". NOT SO.\r \r VERY DANGEROUS. WHAT HAPPENED TO ME CAN HAPPEN TO YOU ALSO, AND YOU WILL BE LEFT HANGING MUCH LIKE I DID.\r I HAVE EVIDENCE OF THIS ACT OF VANDALISM HAPPENING INSIDE THE PRORPERTY.\r DO NOT FALL FOR THE SAME TRAP, LOOK TO RENT ELSEWHERE, WHERE SECURITY IS MORE THAN JUST WORDS.\r DON'T IGORE THE REVIEWS WRITTEN HERE. I DID IT, AND THAT WAS MY PAYBACK. more

This is the worst place you could possibly ever stay at. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management consists of the most idiotic, rude individuals I have ever encountered. The constantly make mistakes. The shut off the water without notice. Their is construction going on at 7 AM to the point you cannot sleep. It goes on past 5 PM everyday. Nobody takes your complaints seriously. Everything is met with sarcastic attitudes. Nobody has any sort of communication skills. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They cannot calculate rent and try to OVERCHARGE tenants. They take weeks to get back to you when they make a mistake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! TENTS ONLY GET 1 SPOT and required to park in the pretty much NON-EXISTANT guest spots (even though you might be a resident). There is never parking. DO NOT MOVE HERE! more

This is by far, the worst apartment I have ever lived in! The maintenance team refuses to work, the leasing office is careless about any voiced issues, even under new management, the complex has made now new changes! On one occasion,my toilet was overflown for at LEAST an hour before anyone even came. When the maintenance arrived, he came in flip flops, and jeans, not so much as a plunger in hand... This is the worst place, I have ever lived. If you expect any kind of customer service, or any kind of customer appreciation, Beach Place Rentals is NOT the place for you! more
