Wish I could give them zero stars. This was our first, and last, time ordering from them.\r
First mistake: ordered in advance using the feature on their menu page.\r
Second mistake: Requested no napkins and no plasticware in their special instructions box. Also used the box to remind them that we wanted delivery at 6pm (this was 4:15pm)\r
Third mistake: emailing the ""owner"" via his provided email address found above. \r
Results: dude shows up with food at 5:19pm. Gave me a stack of napkins, six plastic forks, and two bags of COLD food. \r
Called the store. Could not get a simple apology or explantion. Emailed the owner; still waiting nearly 24 hours later.\r
This was my experience.
