We had Pete's Carpet Cleaning and Restoration out after a small fire in our kitchen last week. We had Pete out himself, and State Farm Insurance ( they were awesome too) out for the initial assessment the morning after the fire, and we were told by state farm adjuster we could have called someone the night before to start the cleanup. I think that is important for everyone to know, you don't wait for the agent to open and call back, or wait for an adjuster to show up, you have coverage, and that coverage states you should call for help immediately after a fire or water damage. I hope there is never a ""next time"", but if there is I'll call Pete's Carpet Cleaning and Restoration immediately.
We had two estimates, Pete was the same as the second, but they had a Major Insurance Discount for the carrier (State Farm) and a deductible discount for us, which saved everyone some money. Pete and his crew did an amazing job, and you really would never know we had a fire here 10 days ago. The kitchen looks better than it did when we bought the home, and the place smells great. I don't know how they did it, but they are the EXPERTS, as they say!
