I was dragged to Sammy’s by a friend of mine who lives on City Island. All I could think was, ?Another Bronx restaurant?? I assumed the service would be bad and the food bland and boring?. I was so wrong!! Sammy’s is now my favorite seafood restaurant in the city. I had a 2lb female lobster, it was cooked to perfection; it literally melted in my mouth! My friend had the Rib-Eye steak (it was huge!) which was buttery and served with a giant baked potato. All I have to say about dessert is, get mile high chocolate cake. \r
