My stylist was Mary. She did not greet me with a smile. I had a consultation during which she used a lot of ""We had agreed on...) phrasing which I thought was unfriendly, but since she seemed to know what she was doing, I proceeded with the haircut. She washed my hair with a lot of force. When she finished she didn't lower the leg support, so I had to jump out a little. She was irritated by that (Whose fault was that?) As she was about to cut my hair, another client walked in to have a consultation with her--it turned out that I had been scheduled to have a consultation almost at the same time as another client. She told the other client to talk to her while she cut my hair. It got worse and worse. I had never seen anyone who cut hair with such a bad mood. She cut my hair very quickly and roughly. The whole ""cut"" was over in less than 10 minutes. She had cut my hair a lot shorter (chin length) than what was ""agreed on"" (middle of the neck). I did speak up during the cut, but she insisted on being correct. After the cut, she proudly announced $55 for my cut and left. Wow..... The owner is actually a nice woman who tries her best to make the customers happy. If you are looking for great haircut and customer service, I would not recommend this renter at all. more
