I have mixed feelings about this place. The prices are insane. If you take your pet in be prepared to spend over $200 a visit or more (mostly more) .... I've taken my pets in several times for a specific reason and left with a HUGE bill for ""tests"" they needed to run for some unknown reason. Communication in bad. Example: I took my pet in because he had runny stool for about three days. I figured they would just test a stool sample but they went ahead and rambled off all of these things they needed to ""test"" for bloodwork needed to be done (EVERY TIME YOU GO IN FOR ANYTHING!!) and several other tests. His tests were normal and they really couldn't find anything wrong but they charged me $400 for that which I felt was insane. Every time I take my animal in for anything the same thing happens. We wont be going back. I know they care about animals and are kind but their prices and the way they just rack up a bill isn't going to be tolerated by me anymore. Oh, and after paying $400 to not really know what was wrong with him, he came home covered in his own feces. Nice.
