I have been there 3 times, and The first two I was getting a lot of ingrowns, which the lady said it was normal, but the last time I went I left unhappy because I felt like it was rushed, and when I got home I noticed I had a lot of hairs left. also, I had a big bruise on my inner thigh on my bikini line.
