I was looking for new glasses, went to 2 opticians recommended by my optometrist at Cornell, one was Leonard. Nice shop, modern. Good selection of frames. Customer service though is nil. First time I was inquiring about rimless glasses and was shown their selection. However, he should have advised strongly against it given my prescription. Didn't happen. Next time I returned to look at other frames. The lady was on her phone chatting with someone while I was trying out the frames. No advice or comment. Needless to say I bought my glasses elsewhere (Morgenthal Fredricks).

Cons: No advice from sales person what so ever
