i went there thinking that i would get a quality hair cut, i was completely let down. the hair cut i asked for was Victoria Beckham's, the longer side was 2 inches shorter then it should have been and i brought in a picture. they refused to give my money back and said they would fix it 3 days later.....in the end cost cutters fixed it and did a wonderful job....YOU DON'T ALWAYS GET WHAT U PAY FOR
