After all the flames here I had some reservations to have Huff service my Viking stove although I had recommendatiions from the Viking wholesale distributor in Georgia that they thought highly of Huff. I called Tueday and received a Thursday appointment. The technician called shortly before arriving when expected. The repairs were accomplished qucikly with explanations and answers to questions with maintanence tips. The parts were in stock in his vehicle. While the price was not insubstantial, it was still less than I expected including parts (the labor charge consists of the service visit and the time for the repair, which was just under an hour). I just wanted to set the record straight.
