I recently had a very infected, had to be pulled tooth. I was in such pain I couldn't stand. The sign says 'SIMPLE' extractions 70.00 but of course mine in ""COMPLEX"" so total charges came to 175.00 with x-rays and all. He had to stick the needle right into the nerve so that hurt like nothing I've experienced since giving birth. But the Dr. seemed to really be doing the job and wanted to be sure the area was numb correctly so I wouldn't suffer further pain while it was being pulled. I wasn't charged for a receipt or to use the bathroom. I was however not given service until I paid first. they x-rayed and examined and then then consulted and then I had to pay before they would do a thing.
