I have been a loyal customer of Cruiser's for the last 15+ years. The food is amazing and a great value for the buck.Today I went there and ordered food for the family. We made the mistake of not thoroughly checking the order before we brought the food home. They had forgotten my granddaughters chicken strips. Everyone else was eating and I called and was told I could drive all the way back now and pick up the chicken strips and that is the only solution they offered. I was dissappointed that they couldnt give me a future credit so I wouldnt have to drive all the way back. The manager was rude and would not work with us. Will not be returning anytime soon. Too bad they can't fix their mistakes better and make customers #1.
