The repair costed just as much as my shoes costed brand new, but I paid it anyway. $100.00 I wanted to get thicker soles, and the sales man told me he would put a special sole so it would not slip, the one with a tread( thicker and rough surface) and I said: ""Ok, I'll spend $100.00 on repairing the shoes instead of buying another pair.... When I picked the shoes up the next day, the sole was thinner than before and it was not the one that he promised and what I paid for.\r
The place is very expensive and not worth it. and I'm sure there must be other shoe repair shops which don't charge all this money. I was upset, because I did not get what I payd for and the salesman was very defensive and he sort of cut me off short, so I just left without trying to get my money back. I'm very dissapointed because it costed a lot of money and now my soles are thinner than they were before I took them there, when in fact he told me he would make them thicker and non slippery. Now The sole is shiny and indeed more slippery than before I took them in. Definitely not worth $100.00. For that money I could have bought A new pair from Aldo, or a designer name shoe store. I feel cheated, Stupid, and conned.
Cons: way too much money for bad results. Find an honest shoe repairs man in a cheaper neighborhood who will do what you pay for.
