Our company ordered a large cake and a dozen cookies yesterday and went to pick them up today. They couldn't find our order, then gave us the small cake. We took that back and they exchanged it (they didn't charge us the extra, thankfully - one of the few redeeming actions). However, because it's a company credit card, we have to turn in certain documentation to the business office and they failed to give us a credit card receipt. When we returned for the third time, the cashier said ""ugh, I don't understand why you need this,"" and acted like we were the biggest inconvenience possible. We've never had a problem with the Red River location but I can guarantee you we will not be using them again. Pros: Good desserts Cons: Can't get the order right, rude service more
