Contractor installer was rude to my son when installing window coverings, refused to cover my hardwood floors when using a ladder and when he incorrectly installed the blinds, tried to blame it on the salesperson. I called the salesman, he came out and reinstalled the item properly. When I buy more window treatments, I won't buy if they use these guys.
