Buyers beware, if you buy a car from Universal Ford, make sure its clean/detailed BEFORE you purchase. We bought a used car and they promised to have it cleaned the next day, needless to say, they didn't do a very good job at cleaning. We have bought several used cars, and this was the worst cleaning job I have ever seen. Drink spills not wiped, food in the cracks of the seats, trash left in the back storage compartment,etc.
