Alex has been fixing our 25 year old car for several years. To keep that o'boy running smoothly is a feat in itself. He rebuilt that car's transmission. To even offer that as an option is incredible. Other places would have told us to buy a new one (transmission or car). Recently, we had a flat tire and need to to have it fixed. When we asked Alex to hand torque the tire when he put it back on, his answer was, "That's how we've always done it." We have been told at so many places before where they said they cannot hand torque it for us because it would cost too much labor. In this economic climate, you need Alex on your side.
