My boyfriend and I decided we would try OKI's for the first time on valentines day. Yes the building was a little wierd but that was ok. It was when we waited forever our sushi that we started getting restless.. then we had to ask 3x for glasses to go with our saki.... then when our chef arrived to cook our food and our sushi still hadn't come the waitress arrived to tell us it would be coming soon. We told her to keep it was to late our food had arrived. Both her and the waiter both made a point to tell us the manager didnt have enough staff on and things were crazy. I will give credit where due the food was fantastic to bad we couldn't get our sushi served at the sushi restaurant! But things went down hill again when the bill came and they had charged us for the two sushi's we declined due to their tardiness. We were also charged us for an entire meal. I had to go find the manager and have him fix the bill. All in all they were over charging us $65. We will DEFFINATELY NOT be returning to OKI's nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. GO TO SHOGUN! SHOGUN HAS EXCELLENT FOOD SHOGUN HAS EXCELLENT WAIT STAFF AND SHOGUN IS CLEAN!!!!!!!!

Cons: poor mgt, sushi order never came, wait staff over loaded need more help!!
