My husband purchased a New 2010 pickup truck from Palmetto ford, The two things he ask for was a extended cab and satilite\r
radio. Well he worked a deal for the shorter cab but was told and even had a inservice on how to use the satilte radio, was told to go home have it connected and enjoy. Long story short the truck did not come with it, has a button but no satilite radio. Went back was told they could have it installed for X amount of dollars. My husband works for a company where they purchase work trucks at least every four to five years, I hope he has learned his lessons and where not to go in the future to purchase a truck no matter how Red it is. Momma you should be ashamed of your boys. I have lived in charleston all my life and I have never been able to buy a car from palmetto ford for one reason or the other I warned him, some people never listen and some things never change. I purchased my new car from Baker on on 17 few doors down the best of the best they are not sales men they are family people and treat you as if they have known you all your life. What a great group of women and men.\r
