I specifically called and requested someone for my husband that had experience cutting long men's hair. After my husband requested a trim, he came back with all of his hair cut off, into the typical short dorky man style. The woman did not listen to what he requested, it looks fine for a short haircut but ridiculous when this was the opposite of what was asked for.
