I have been to both the Fairfield and Blue Ash locations. Their staff has always been professional and courteous. Whether I'm just bringing in my pets for checkups or they need surgery, the service there has been top notch. I lost my cat this past year due to a stroke and they went above and beyond trying to save him. They also followed up with phone calls and a sympathy letter. In addition, the staff made a donation to a pet charity in my pet's name. I would highly recommend this company.
