I had an experience where a massage was advertised as 45 minutes, but from the time I entered the room until the time I left was only 35 minutes.
I wrote a letter of complaint. I received no reply. Ten days later I sent another message. I did receive a reply after the second message.
I was told that the 45 minutes was the total door-to-door time. I replied back that the door-to-door time *was* only 35 minutes. I send this mail on September 15th, and as of today (October 2nd) I have still not recieved a reply.
To be fair, when the service is rendered as advertised, it is very good.
Pros: Good services (when rendered)
Cons: Does not handle complaints on time, if at all
