I am very particular about my hair. I had been recommended to several places by girlfriends (George Backus, Innovations, Mosaic - which are very pricey) but was most pleased with the JC Penney Salon at Vintage Faire.
Pros: Perfect cut and color
Cons: Takes time...stylist is a perfectionist
