Don't take your system here if you want to get it back in any sensible amount of time. I took my system here and was promised a response within 5 days with an estimate. It was 7 days before I got an estimate, and that was after I had to repeatedly call them on that last day to get that estimate. \r
Right now we are on day 13 and I still don't have my system back. What's worse, they are charging the same amount that the actual manufacturer would have charged. Do yourself a favor, and just send it back to the original manufacturer. You will get your system back faster and it will be guaranteed. Not sure what kind of operation these guys are running.

Cons: Took forever, not cheaper, not guaranteed work
